Erica Battista received her undergraduate and Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. She practices therapy with an integrative client-centered approach in order to provide interventions tailored for each client’s needs. Erica utilizes evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, somatic techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy and is trained in eye-movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Erica has experience working with (but not limited to) adolescents (14+), adults, couples and families to help navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, perinatal mood disorders, maternal mental health, infertility, parenting issues and family conflict. She is passionate about helping and providing a safe space for her clients to heal and grow while integrating a mind-body-spirit connection. Erica is not accepting new clients at this time.
