LIFE COACHING

The Lux Center of Counseling and Education offers Coaching service to clients.  Coaching is different from mental and behavioral health services which will continue to be offered at The Lux Center. 

According to the International Coaching Federation, “For many, coaching is a life-changing experience that dramatically improves their outlook on work and life while improving leadership skills. Coaching helps people tap into their potential, unlocking sources of creativity and productivity. As a professional coach, you will have an opportunity to create positive change and achieve extraordinary results with your clients.” 

Sometimes we need help creating and implementing a plan, especially around big life changes, such as transitioning from a university to work, changing jobs, buying a house, having children, and more.

Our coaching sessions are $150 and not covered by insurance. 

Purchase a package of four sessions at a rate that is 10% less than the rate of the individual session.
